The Recharge Ministry conference is the premier event when CRCA pastors, ministry workers, and their spouses can meet up with each other and strengthen denominational ties. This is also a time for spiritual refreshment and Biblical teaching.
REGISTRATIONS ARE OPEN for Recharge 2022. This conference has been reduced to 2 days from 3 days. The focus will be on reconnecting as colleagues in ministry.
The main speaker will be Simon Manchester, recently retired Senior Minister of St Thomas’ Anglican Church North Sydney. When he took up the reigns at this church in 1989, his parish pulpit ministry and his convention ministry grew exponentially. Christian Today reports that “Simon Manchester’s hallmark has been his teaching on the ‘self-evident truth’ of Christ’s death on the cross for our sin and salvation…. Due to his clarity of thought and eloquence of speech, he has been invited to present his ideas at international and national evangelical, denominational, mission and Christian conferences during his 32 years of ministry.” Simon’s talks at Recharge will be based on 1 Timothy under the theme: The Heartbeat of God in our Ministries. At the conference people will be able to interact with the talks through small groups. There will also be plenty free time to connect with one another. The conference will take place at the Foothills Conference Centre (VIC). This is one of the finest Yarra Valley conference centres set on 20+ acres of native bushland and situated at the base of the stunning Dandenong Ranges. Transportation is provided from/to Melbourne Airport for interstate travellers. Also, all flight costs for those travelling from out of state will be reimbursed by the CRCA.
The cost for the conference is $300.00pp for 4 STAR Twin-share accommodation in a deluxe suite and includes all meals and activities. Couples need to order 2 tickets. There is also the option for single accommodation ($400) and for day guests ($200). The full program details is available below.
