ONE HOPE COMMUNITY CHURCH located in Scoresby, Victoria is seeking Expressions of Interest for the following position: Associate Pastor – Pastoral Care

This role is to continue to support our current process for pastoral care whilst working within a team- based ministry. Our pastoral care involves those within our church and those transitioning from our connections with those from the community.

It requires leadership in facilitating systems to build and grow leaders in the above areas through a discipleship model particularly through coaching and mentoring to enable others to model the same. There will be a teaching load that integrates with the activities of the overall Ministry Team. The position also involves an amount of preaching and involvement in Church Leadership.  The position is for 2.5 days per week and is initially for a limited tenure of 2 years.
